Filipino police investigating a case involving cult massacres and alleged child sacrifices suspect that a former United States FBI agent living in seclusion in an island paradise may be the key to solving this macabre case.

Several cases of killings and human rights violations were not reported because of the stinging climate of fear among victims, families of victims, community members, and even journalists. Still, two young journalists persist in taking on a journey to truth-finding and documentation of how sugarcane farmers in Negros Island assert their land rights and stand up against violence and killings.

When this butcher hurts his younger brother, he resolves to practice hard to get even. The task at hand may be more difficult than he imagines, but he is willing to kill and be killed in this fight.
