A two-part movie: the first tells the story of a couple who encounters a lady ghost that haunts a house in Balete Drive; the second involves a young boy who witnesses a crime through his "third eye."

A homeless little girl named Rosalie saves an abducted rich selfish brat Nikka. Rosalie gets shot when one of the goons opens a fire. To extend their gratitude for Rosalie’s bravery, Nikka’s mother adopts the lesser fortunate child. However, instead of being thankful Nikka treats Rosalie harshly which pushes the latter to go back and join her fellow street children.

When Warden Cruz (Baldo Marro) assumes office, the penitentiary brims with diplomacy and fairness, which is very much unlike the situation prior to the warden's appointment. Unfortunately, Warden Cruz accidentally kills an unreasonably persistent suitor of his wife.
