The misanthropic sexual adventures of a series of couples in Room 169 of a seedy pleasure motel. From a moody prostitute to a gambling addict husband to a young man who just can't perform, the occupants of this motel define the word "pleasure."

A photographer cruises Hollywood and takes pictures of young models he then strangles. Meanwhile, a woman who works in a porno bookstore in downtown L.A. takes it upon herself to kill off the local derelicts. Soon the two killers meet up with each other.

Count Dracula (Jim Parker) sends three of his vampire women into the Las Vegas night to have sex with men and collect their "vile red blood". Meanwhile, Dr. Van Helsing helps his friend Bill find the cause of his sister's mysterious death, in which her blood had been drained. In the process, he and Bill discover Dracula's hide-out and chase him into the deadly rays of the sun.
