Jiří Mádl Czech (born October 23, 1986) is a Czech film actor, director and screenwriter. Among his most prominent roles are a part in the 2008 film Night Owls, for which received the Best Actor award at the 2008 Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. For his performance in Droneman (2020), he received the Czech Lion Award for Best Supporting Actor at the 2020 Czech Lion Awards. Mádl made his directorial debut with the movie To See the Sea. His third film, historical drama Waves, was submitted for the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film at the 97th Academy Awards, making the shortlist.

The forester's lodge in a remote area they live in sin has four generations of family Hanák. Grandmother overflowing zest for life and her passion for writing detective stories. Mr. Hanak's dispatcher, his lifelong loves animals of all kinds and sizes, which grows in the house and its surroundings. Paul has an older daughter with husband Peter, occasional handyman who usually sleeps or her hyperactive two sons, whom no one tells you differently than blackguard. Unfortunately, nothing goes according to plan, and the octopus gradually captures everyone except the clumsiest water nymph, Křehulová. The situation begins to look hopeless. Fortunately, Mikolášek comes up with a plan and, together with Křehulová, tries to bring it to a successful conclusion...
