In the first of a two-part film project, three short stories from acclaimed Hong Kong writer Lilian Lee are adapted for the big screen in this horror anthology.

A suspected criminal mastermind escapes from police custody, throwing the city into turmoil. With the police department now divided, rival police chiefs are forced to take their fight to the streets of Hong Kong with deadly consequences.

Desperate for a real news story, entertainment journalist Mui goes to London to cover an antique auction in order to trace the path of Nine-Tailed Fox, a famous art thief who has eluded capture for decades. Playful, but clever, the Fox decides to use Mui as his partner for his latest heist, a set of pottery horse from the Tang Dynasty. What the Fox doesn't know is that Mui is secretly working with Cheung Ho, a Hong Kong cop that has been obsessed with catching the Fox since letting him escape years ago. The result is a twist-filled pursuit that takes the trio from London to Prague.

Comprised by two love stories: The first story features Donnie Yen as a traffic cop, “Mr. Cool” who never smiles due to a rare disease. He meets and falls in love with Michelle Chen, a patient with amnesia, and spends most of her time looking for her missing fiancé. The second story features Zhendong Ke as a Criminal Intelligence Bureau cop who falls in love with Angela Baby after a 7-day "game of romantic" with her. But when his bureau starts monitoring her, he begins to have doubt on her. Is she a criminal?
