Masti Gudi is a 2017 Indian Kannada-language action film directed by Nagshekar, starring Duniya Vijay who is also credited for the film's story, Kriti Kharbanda and Amulya in lead roles

The movie depicts the indomitable feminine spirit in all its grandeur. Most importantly the role of women in countering the evils of society on a broad canvas of agrarian India.

Pathumma is a poor widow earning her livelihood by selling rotis to a hotel. She deposits money with a trusted jeweller to build a house. Her hut is washed away by the raging sea, the jeweller gives her money she has saved and some money from his own end for her to build her a house. Her character in the film represents Muslim women, and she upholds the harmony with which Muslims and Hindus have lived in peace for centuries.

Durgi was living happily with her family in a small village. But 2 businessmen entered the village to make a sugar mill. They used to be drunk always. One day, they raped her sister and she died in hospital. When Durgi and her family were in agony, they killed Durgi's father. After this, she promises to kill everyone.

In folk style and form, the film throws open a question as to who is the husband – the person who marries an innocent girl and indulges in self pleasures or the person who gives the real and complete experience of life. G.S.Bhaskar, and his work is a visual thunder in this movie. Especially the night scenes & interior scenes are spellbounded. Bhaskar is a famous technician; he used contrast lighting in this movie, that clearly gave the touch of folk life in every frame.
