Javier Portales, whose real name was Miguel Angel Alvarez (Tancacha, Córdoba; April 21, 1937 - Buenos Aires; October 14, 2003) was an Argentine actor and comedian of vast trajectory.

Friends Alberto and Jorge, who work together in an insurance company and live in the same building, are married to two sisters (Elsa and Alicia).
