Jacob Ifan Prytherch is a Welsh actor, best known for his lead role as Jake Vickers in the BBC police drama series Cuffs. Ifan was born in Cardiff, Wales, in 1993. He studied acting at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, graduating in 2015. After graduating, he began his acting career in television, appearing in guest roles on shows such as "Hidden" and "Doctors." In 2016, Ifan landed his breakout role as Jake Vickers in the BBC series Cuffs. The series was a critical and commercial success, and Ifan's performance was praised by critics. Since then, Ifan has starred in a number of other television series, including "The Pact" and "Rogue Heroes." He has also appeared in films such as "I'll Find You" and "The Power of One Coin." Ifan is currently filming the upcoming television series The Tourist, a mystery thriller series for the BBC. He will play the role of Billy, a young man who wakes up in the Australian outback with no memory of who he is or how he got there.
