Woodcutter Ondra, who for his bold nature is called Nebojsa. He goes into the world to learn fear. During his journey, on which he is accompanied by a cowardly thief Ferka, he can deal with a bunch of bandits, vicious mill, fiery rock and eventually he must confront the evil wizard who swore a beautiful princess. Will Ondra do all his courage and ingenuity to liberate Princess?

The paths of three women meet in a hospital room. They all perceive life as a gift, not as a meaningless punishment. By believing in life, they overcome all obstacles and seek their own dignity. Their life stories are connected by kind humor and a strong humanist accent.

The story tells about a girl who was poor, but on the other hand so good and hardworking that she received a special gift from fate. A spinning wheel on which she could spin golden threads. And there was a count who liked her, but he liked the gold she brought with her to his house even better. And because he was greedy and wanted more and more gold, he decided that he too would weave the threads, even if his fingers were to fall off. And so he wove and wove, forgetting all that was good and beautiful around him. The girl, his friends, the whole world. But until then, the golden threads are woven, until the yarn breaks and fate says enough...

As a car full of an assortment of characters rolls down an embankment and bursts into flames, the old driver says "See You in Hell, Friends." They all live blissfully together until two holy women with axes arrive. The women start chopping down trees to build an ark. Rita starts having nightmares and Christine is crucified.
