Biography
Ivan Ivanovich Tverdovsky (Russian: Иван Иванович Твердовский; born 29 December 1988, Moscow) is a Russian filmmaker, cinematographer and actor. He is also a son of documentary filmmaker Ivan Tverdovsky (1961). He graduated from Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography "VGIK" (2011, experimental directing workshop of A. Uchitel). Participant and prize-winner of national and international film festivals. Twice participated in the competition programme of Kinotavr. Shorts: in 2010 with the film “As If Waiting for a Bus”, for which he gained the jury diploma; and in 2013 with the film “Space Dogs”. His first feature film, “Correction Class” (2014) brought Tverdovsky the NIKA 2014 award in the category Discovery of the Year; the film won numerous awards at Russian and international shows, including a prize for Best Debut and the Prize of Film Distributors at Kinotavr-2014, the first prize in the East-West Competition and a special mention of the FEDEORA jury at Karlovy Vary IFF, and prizes at IFFs in Thessaloniki, Seattle, Tallinn, Kiev, etc. His second film, “Zoology” (2016), has been awarded a prize for direction in Karlovy Vary, the Grand Prix of festivals in Cottbus and Austin, Texas, a prize for Best Actress and the award of the Guild of Film Critics and Scholars at Kinotavr-2016. His third feature film, "Jumpman" (2018), screened in competition at Karlovy Vary IFF 2018. In 2020, Ivan I. Tverdovsky's new film "Conference" (2020) became a participant of the Venice Film Festival.

Hidden Space
The life of a middle-aged, lonely businessman is filled with children’s dreams about outer space. The only opportunity for him to go to stars is an MRT device, only there the hero feels zero gravity. In the attempt to find as effective a remedy for his “flights”, the man ends up in a deadlock.
Intervention
Masha is a young girl from the suburbs from an extremely poor family. She lives in her reality, where she cares for her grandmother and her younger brother, and dreams of her own family and a husband; she badly longs for warmth, love and care. She knows nothing about her serious illness. Her life abruptly changes after a meeting with Matvei Sergeevich, a cardiologist who saves her life.

The Flood
During the swimming training camp, coach Sofia and her husband, coach Trofim, take their niece, an orphan, to raise. Anya shows hope, but does not talk after the death of her parents, which becomes the subject of harassment among other athletes. By standing up for Dima, one of the guys on the team, she gets her first real friend. In parallel, a chain of irreversible consequences begins, which can destroy the relationship of Trofim and Sophia.

She is assigned to a special class for disabled pupils who have to present themselves before a school commission at the end of the year in order to prove that they merit being moved back into a "normal" class. Her enervated teachers, however, show absolutely no desire to motivate the students and help them improve; on the contrary, they try to quash right from the start any interest Lena shows in more complex study material. Nevertheless, Lena soon involves herself in the school routine and gets together with classmate Anton. Yet their transparent happiness is not to everyone's liking and repercussions soon follow.
