The material of this film review was the performances of the popularly beloved artist during tours and filming, her interviews and rehearsal work of the first half of the 80s of the last century. The film features songs, most of which became hits of their time and remained in Alla Pugacheva's repertoire for many years.

The author's remake of the famous New Year's comedy is not an exact copy of the original. Festive mess in the same House of Culture, where they celebrated the New Year 50 years ago. Now the institution is named after Ogurtsov and is headed by Mr. Kabachkov. A young enthusiast Alyona Krylatova and a young man Denis Kolechkin work in the recreation center. During that point, story changes into nearly second movie, as prince has to uncover yet another crime.

At the contest "Moscow Beauties", journalist Sergey Kayumov meets the main contender - Masha Malinina. Her life is not much different from the life of her rivals. Without much thought, Masha uses a chance that promises to change her fate - and becomes a victim of a mafia group...
