Adapted from the novel of the same name by writer Ung Ngoc Tri, the film is a journey to pursue the dream of being a soldier by a young man named Long as well as his wartime love affair with an American nurse.

After his father is murdered by a ruthless villain, An (Thuận Nguyễn) is gradually pulled into the violent underworld of warring gangs. Alone, An must face life-threatening dangers on his own.

A poor rickshaw driver finds himself head over heels in love with Mai, a trendy and fashionable socialite. Knowing Mai’s love for Michael Jackson, the driver sets out to practice the moonwalk dance with his friend as to win over Mai’s heart.

A rich man convinces his girlfriend to get an abortion which she angrily rejects. The man is later hit by vehicle; at home in recovery, he enters a delirious state where he sees every man around him getting pregnant.

Whilst visiting an exhibition, a man is mystified by the photograph of a model whose eyes resemble that of an old flame many years ago.
