Leandro and Silvina, a young and successful middle-class couple, are experiencing the happiest time of their lives. But the sudden appearance of Leandro's daughter from another relationship, destabilizes the couple revealing hitherto unknown differences.

He participates in robberies and is persecuted by the Police, so his group of friends dissolves and he goes to live in another neighborhood and starts working in a bookstore. Deep within Buenos Aires's labyrinthine subway system, a train mysteriously disappears along with it's 30 passengers. The subway officials are greatly troubled and call in topographer Daniel Pratt to help them find it. Unfortunately, the tunnels are so vast and complex, that Pratt needs his mentor Hugo Mistein to help him. Unfortunately, he too has vanished.

In the revolted 70's in Argentina, teenage Graciela is an artist and a poet. She and Julio, a charismatic student leader, are brought together by their ideals for social justice. Her poems reach young musician Flecha, who dreams of singing them for a roaring crowd. As the times grow harder and more dangerous, friends are persecuted, Graciela and Julio protect each other, but the dictatorship kidnaps them. Graciela's mother desperate search for her daughter brings her together with the Mothers of the Plaza de Mayo, who's relentless clamor for their missing children is only met with more terror and death from the bloody dictatorship. 35 years later, that mother publishes a book of Graciela's poems, and brings it to Flecha, now an accomplished musician. He turns them into songs that let her words live and fly.

An Argentine truck driver is on a routine trip through Rio de Janeiro when he meets a mysterious countryman. They travel back to Argentina together, meeting a beautiful Brazilian journalist on the way. The truck driver has revenge on his mind, and both the adventurous young man, and the gorgeous girl join him in this venture. The only thing the three have in common are their obsession for honor and justice.
