Seoul, 1996. Wastewater from developed film reels is dumped into the sewers. From this toxic discharge, a monster awakens, carrying the memories of countless movies imprinted on the film reels. Burdened by a vanished past, the monster wanders the city.
A mysterious child turns up at school. It is not even certain whether the child is a boy or a girl, and the child who only ever drinks water is ostracized. Now the child tries to make everyone else just like the child, and now all the flowers in the world are in full bloom.
"Can't the sky be red and the roses be blue?" Da-hong, who has a unique perspective, is colorblind. Then one day, it is revealed that the color that Da-hong sees is the real color, and a new world unfolds.
