Traffic riot policeman Hayami is in pursuit of a certain motorbike when it tips over, killing the girlfriend of the head of the biker gang he is riding with. The motorcycle gang members begin to target Hayami's life in retaliation, and Hayami takes the fight to them single-handedly.

To make things even worse, a Kitougumi gigolo, enraged that Jin “stole” his woman, lashes out by abducting Miki as a warning. Now caught between the cops and the yakuza, Jin rushes into enemy territory to save Miki!
