Hendrik Otto (Henk) Westbroek (Zuilen, February 27, 1952) is a Dutch singer and songwriter. He was also a music producer, radio and television presenter, hospitality entrepreneur, and politician.
Two young boy twins receive a boat of their own by a stroke of luck. It turns out to be very fast and they use their boat to help out their friends.
