Liza wants to uncover the truth about the attack, but deeply rooted prejudices and racist structures—both within the police force and the families of the young women—shake Liza’s reality and call societal values into question. Vanessa struggles with her guilt and tries to find a way to face Liza. But Liza already has plans of her own…
