After his brother gets married to his former lover, a playboy meets a French archeologist and his daughter as they are studying the Ellora Caves.

After coming to know both mother and daughter, they decide to re-locate to the big city to be together with Gopal. In the process, Ramu and Chanda fall in love with each other. Chanda wants Ramu to give up his life of crime, but will his crime partners allow Ramu to lead a normal life?

In search for Meena one day Madan stumbles against Rajini heroine of Rang Mahal Theatre, Rajni falls for him and invites him to witness her show. Madan is astonished to see Meena dancing there. He is shocked to learn from Rajni that Meena is soon to mary Singh Rajni.
