The choral society of the town of Kirchzell is preparing to celebrate its anniversary. Of course, its most famous scion, the world-famous chamber singer Karl Koller, is not to be missed. Unfortunately, the reunion is watered a little too much, which has its pros and cons.
Gerhard Wismuth is said to have killed his two children. The press takes up the case and does good business with the grieving mother Brigitte. Then the trial takes a surprising turn: The accused incriminates his wife, who allegedly has a lover and murdered the children for his sake. The TV movie is reminiscent of the "Weimar case".
The rich and fun-loving brewery owner Xaver Bogenrieder has died. After the funeral, the mourners come to the pub for the funeral feast. The first trouble is already inevitable: It's all about the succession to the Unterbräu and which of the dignitaries will court the beautiful widow. The master brewer, who has long been a silent admirer of the widow, doesn't like this at all. Then the shepherd gives him an idea.
