George Houvardas (born January 3, 1982) is an Australian actor who is best known for his role as Nick "Carbo" Karandonis in the television series Packed to the Rafters. Houvardas graduated Screenwise drama school and worked part-time, along with his brothers, at his family's restaurant in McMahons Point, Sydney before taking his debut acting role in Packed to the Rafters.

Ryan Logan, a former Special Forces operative, is battling to cope with life after the loss of his wife. He is thrusted into the criminal underworld to keep his only son from being taken from him.

Wagga is a country town that loves its sport, but is divided over its loyalty for the rival football codes – Aussie rules and rugby league.
