Kamen Rider Gaim Special Event: Hyakka Ryoran Sengoku Emaki is a stage show based on Kamen Rider Gaim.

The national university entrance examination is coming up and the students of Class 3/4, which Onizuka Eikichi (AKIRA) is in charge of, enter exam mode. Onizuka who conducts career counselling for the students with assistant form teacher Fuyutsuki Azusa (Takimoto Miori), questions their mentality of aiming for a good university in order to get into a good company.

A mother leaves three kids in the care of Saejima and it's up to Onizuka and the gang to track her down. Meanwhile Miki is having some problems with her dad all the while a handsome and mysterious cram school teacher appears.

Every year, Nana Sasaki and her former classmates hold a reunion of their high school music club. This year, the reunion is being held online. However, one of them, Ayumi, doesn't show up. When the others voice their concern, Yuki and Suzu reluctantly tell them about the Samejima Incident, an urban legend which circulated on the internet 20 years earlier. The ToQGers stop at a station in Zawame City, where there is no Shadow Line activity. However, they come across Kamen Rider Gaim and are brought into a fight with the Underground Empire known as Badan. As the ToQGers and the Armored Riders work together to discover Badan’s true intentions, a mysterious Rider calling himself Fifteen appears…

The story is divided in three portions. The Kamen Rider Wizard portion, Kamen Rider Wizard: The Promised Place, taking place after the finale and defeating Amadum. The Kamen Rider Gaim's portion of the film is titled Kamen Rider Gaim: Sengoku Battle Royale!. A battle royale is being held exclusively for the Armored Riders in Zawame City. In the final portion of the film, titled Sengoku Movie Battle, Kamen Riders Wizard and Beast join Kamen Rider Gaim in the alternate world to stop Kamen Rider Bujin Gaim from acquiring the "ultimate power" he seeks.
