Yakup, a former sailor, lives with his granddaughter Cavidan. Cavidan is a memento of his late daughter Melodi. Yakup has diabetes, and his condition is getting worse. He loves to eat. Despite Cavidan's best efforts, he secretly eats unhealthy foods. Grandpa Yakup has two other daughters named Çiçek and Irmak. Both are married. Their husbands, Şefik and Serkan, constantly try to extort money from Grandpa Yakup under the pretext of business. Realizing they can no longer get money from him, the husbands plan to set a trap for Grandpa Yakup with a courier they have arranged, feeding him a poisoned wrap.
