Josefin is a six year old girl who lives isolated in the countryside, where her father is a priest. She has no friends until she meets Hugo. He is a carefree boy who'd rather walk in the forest than go to school. Together with the gardener, they make up fun things to do.
Marie accidentally breaks a vase. Because of this she runs away from home. On the run she meets a boy called Fredrik, a donkey and a kangaroo.
The film is loosely based on a true story about Paolo Roberto, later a professional boxer and TV presenter. Because of his Italian roots, Paolo is dealing with an identity crisis. With an admiration of Kung Fu films and with his teenage aggressions, Paolo practices violence on innocent citizens in Stockholm.
Three men are unfortunately trapped in a toilet at a department store during the Christmas holidays.
