Because pop singer Fred is constantly flirting, his fiancée leaves him. Fred travels to Sicily and finds solace with the fisherman's daughter Maria. Upon returning to Vienna, he reconciles with his fiancée. Then, suddenly, Maria appears at the door.

Director Heidebrink cannot prevent his daughter Helga from hitchhiking to the Adriatic Sea with her French friend Suzy. That's why he sends his employee Fred after them incognito. However, he becomes friends with the girls.

After his wife's accidental death, the once successful pop singer Eric Kersten and his son Peter retired to Lake Maggiore. He spends his time painting pictures that he sells to tourists. One day he meets the pretty Eva, who looks very much like his late wife. He falls in love with her without knowing that his producer sent her to bring him back to music.

Daisy, the daughter of Hellmann, a millionaire toy inventor, is a reporter for Damenwelt, a women’s magazine. In a series of reports, she sets out to prove what men are really like. Above all, Daisy’s aunt is thrilled by her niece’s journalistic zeal, while her father reacts with less enthusiasm, especially since Daisy’s methods keep drawing warnings from the police for causing a public nuisance.
