The film depicts the first flaming signs of love in human life. The characters are all ten years old and attend the same hockey and figure skating club in a small village set among the Italian Alps. The theft of a medal will trigger an adventurous escape to Moscow, where our six main characters will learn the first skirmishes of love and find new fiancés.

L'amore e basta looks at the relationships of nine gay and lesbian couples. How can one love, today? The answers given by Stefano Consiglio and the couples he met in four European countries are scandalously normal, simple like the feelings of a group of children who open this story of many voices. Can homosexual love be lived in the harmony, clarity, contradictions, passions and duration that have always been common models in speaking of feelings? The incredible naturalness of the subjects in the film is powerful and destined to leave an impression on our reflections. As are the shame of marginalization, fear and diffidence of which Aldo Nove speaks in the brief novella that precedes the life stories that weave the plot, in between the explosions of color of Ursula Ferrara’s animated designs.

The tale of an individualist proletarian in a time marked by the rise of mass political movements. In early 20th-century Italy, illiterate sailor Martin Eden seeks fame as a writer while torn between the love of a bourgeois girl and allegiance to his social class.

These young women are an odd couple. Julie is quick-witted and stubborn. She celebrates idleness and even voluntarily checks into a psychiatric clinic. Nurse Agnes, on the other hand, is always eager to do the right thing and to meet everyone's expectations of her, which is not always easy. When the two of them accidentally meet one day, odds are they won't get along. But they quickly feel attracted to one another, despite their enormous differences.

His parents’ struggle to free their son became part of a larger political battle that pitted the papacy against forces of democracy and Italian unification.

Three episodes offer the opportunity to tell "another story", id est an unexpectedly positive epilogue to what initially may seem like the umpteenth case of violence.

We are with Pasolini during the last hours of his life, as he talks with his beloved family and friends, writes, gives a brutally honest interview, shares a meal with Ninetto Davoli, and cruises for the roughest rough trade in his gun-metal gray Alfa Romeo. Over the course of the action, Pasolini’s life and his art are constantly refracted and intermingled to the point where they become one.
