Frédéric Saurel, then a college student, auditioned for a play by Luigi Pirandello, and thus obtained his first role. Describing himself as a "bad student", except in French and theater, he repeated his second year before stopping everything to study drama. From 1984 to 1986, Fred Saurel followed the drama course of Alain Janey and Paulette Frantz. In 1986, at the age of 19, Fred Saurel was admitted to the National Conservatory of Dramatic Art in Paris (1986 -1988).2 He played in the theater in “Les dégoudis de la 11ème” with Robert Hirsch and Darry Cowl. He will return to the theater in 2016 in a single on stage: “The Soliloquy of Grimm” by Bruno George. In the cinema, he has played in more than 30 films (“Give me wings” by Nicolas Vanier) and on television in nearly fifty series or TV films (“Baron Noir, Season 3” for Canal +). Also a producer and director, he directed two feature films (“Bâtards” TPS/Pathé Vidéo) and produced around ten short films. Fred Saurel created S.P.A.C.E (European Artistic and Cinematographic Production Company) in 1989, producing independent short and feature films, based in Aveyron.

After the death of his mother, Elisa (Claire Borotra) is responsible for custody of her sister Audrey (Penelope Leveque), a troubled teen and something he hardly knows. Following the last will of her mother, both go to Mont Saint Michel, where the two grew up, to spread his ashes. They are then forced to follow a mechanic who appears out of nowhere. Towed to an isolated camp in the middle of nowhere, the couple discovers a family composed of six adopted children, all approximately 25 years old and of different origins. Forced to wait for the car's engine to be repaired, the vacationers participate in spite of themselves and for a few hours in their community life.

On a moonlit fall night, a priest races to the home of Mr. Moulin running a motorcycle off the road and arriving just in time to catch the old man as he falls from a chair on which he stacked books in order to reach a bottle of cognac. Mr. Moulin is a miser with a sock full of money that the priest would like to appropriate by selling the old man a space capsule that will take him to paradise. After a test drive and some negotiation, the deal may be struck, but then, there's a knock at the door.
