Confined to a secluded rest home and trapped within his stroke-ridden body, a former Judge must stop an elderly psychopath who employs a child's puppet to abuse the home's residents with deadly consequences.

The ghost of a delinquent punk befriends an odd young girl who lives in the house that he haunts. After encouraging her to skip school as well as her meds, he finds himself the only one who can protect her from both the living and the dead.
