We Out Here: A LDN Story is a document of the people and places which have laid the foundations for London’s fertile jazz scene in 2018. It’s about the renaissance which jazz has experienced over the past few years. It’s also about friendship, community and the influences of the city that these musicians call home. The film tells the journey of these young, gifted players, many of whom have trained and come up together, and whose sounds are now becoming an integral part of London’s musical landscape – as well as representing the city around the UK and the rest of the world.

Ezra Collective has already shaken up the British jazz scene- Now the quintet has arrived on the continent, taking Paris' Ground Control by storm with the exuberance of their second album Where I'm Meant To Be.

Ivy finds herself confronted with parallel universes in which her life unspools in very different ways set against the modern London jazz scene.

The set features songs from the Song Machine project, along with some revered classics from the group’s back catalogue. The full Gorillaz live band, plus a choice selection of featured artists, showcasing their first live performance since 2018. This special presentation also features a pre-show programme and exclusive behind-the-scenes footage.
