Wong Tat Lung was hunted down by the triads in Hong Kong twenty years ago and became a resident of the black market in Toronto, where he stayed for twenty years without an identity card. He joined a gang and made a lot of money by working as a black market gambler. He has not returned to Hong Kong for 20 years and has not fulfilled his fatherly duties.
