Eva Horká was born on July 10, 1967 in Prague. She graduated from the State Conservatory in music and drama. From 1987-1998 she was a member of the National Theater. Since 1999 he has been engaged in the theater in Mladá Boleslav. She also taught at the art school in Benátky nad Jizerou. Since 2000 he has been teaching at the College of Acting in Prague. Eva Horká also often dubs.

A fairy-tale about an old lady who takes care of snow and Jakub who does not fear death. It reflects the idea of people's longing for happiness, love and understanding, their effort to overcome troubles and win over death. It criticizes greed and evil desires.

Thirteen-year-old Vendula dozes off at school and dreams about her parents riding in a carriage dressed in their wedding clothes. The young teacher is angry with the girl who has already failed a year, and has no idea that she is looking after three younger half-brothers. They all have a different father and their mother comes home noisy and drunk every day, often accompanied by a man...

The film is essentially a feature-length commercial for an exhibition to mark the 40th anniversary of the nationalisation of the Czechoslovak film industry, to be held at the Prague U Hybernu venue. The protagonists of the piece are comedians Oldrich Kaiser and Jirí Lábus, who are set to accept an award from Japanese television representatives at the exhibition. At the same time, five gangsters plot to seize a revolutionary invention devised by professor Suzuki - a super holograph, which enables any figure from television to be transported in the flesh into the real world, and vice-versa.

In WWII, Czechoslovakia split into the Slovak State and the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Former pilot Viktor Lesa works for the Slovak Railway Mail and often comes to the border town of Ludendorf, the former Czech town of Bfeclav. In order to impress a young female colleague, he redirects an important package. The Gestapo shows up in the town and Lesa together with a Jewish clerk, Tichacek, have to run for their lives . They ride a cargo train to Slovakia and they decide to escape to Hungary by crossing the Danube.

If the shoemaker Prokop did not know how to sew such wonderful shoes, he would hardly have met a mysterious girl named Serpentia. Prokop is about to marry his Verunka, but the mysterious Serpentia charms him and when she invites him to the ball, the young man cannot resist. Intoxicated by her beauty, he moves the unknown girl into his home. However, Prokop's mother is not at all enthusiastic about this bride. The biggest mystery for her is where Serpentia goes at noon. However, when her son suddenly disappears, the mother sets out into the world to free him from the power of the mysterious beauty...

Eva Holubová, Tomáš Hanák, David Vávra, Milan Šteindler, Martin Dejdar, Jitka Asterová have all starred in early short films by Tomáš Vorl. Nobody knew them at the time. And they themselves had no idea that they would one day shine in the Czech film sky.

When he didn't want her, a stick or a charmer was used, in more serious cases the love stone helped. When he wanted her too much, an extract of wormwood, comfrey and anise, slightly sharpened with brandy, was slipped to the young man. The marriage recipes were simple at first glance and apparently very effective, judging by the punishments of those who secretly engaged in witchcraft alchemy. Even three hundred years ago, association with unclean forces and possession by the devil meant being sent to the stockade or sentenced to death by burning. This was exactly the fate that befell Magdalena, the parish cook, and Marta, the widow of a wigmaker. As witches, they were condemned to have their souls wander forever without consolation. Three hundred and thirteen years later, Magdalene and Martina's souls managed to "incarnate" into the bodies of two modern women.
