'Home Away From Home' is a short documentary about the efforts of educators in the Solu-Khumbu Valley (Sagarmatha/Everest Region of Nepal) to create longterm systems of education for Sherpa children. Generations of Sherpa people have not had formal education. Tsedam Sherpa and others are working to change that forever.
