Two men on a fishing trip realize that things are a bit out of the ordinary. A mystery is forming.

The film follows Sweden's minister of industry, Gunilla. The government has made the "worst deal in the country's history" and Gunilla claims that she alone bears the responsibility. Everyone knows it can't be true but what no one understands is why she's lying.
