In the Kurdish village "Youngest Heart" not only the walls are unconventional, but also the people. They care about their domestic animals and are sons of the soil. The outside World is of little interest to the villagers. Thirteen-year-old "Devil" Pascha and his gang are always to blame for anything that adds to the chaos in the village. With enthusiasm and cheekiness, he plays pranks on the others, be it the Mullah of the Village, his mother or his sister. His wild temperament and tricks only lead to more disorder between the children and the adults in the village. One day a fat German soprano singer visits the village. She wants to live there for a while to write her doctoral thesis on Kurdish folk dancing and singing. The feudal lord Ali Aga, the Mullah, and in fact all the men, dream of marrying the yellow-haired woman. She does not understand what is going on in the village, but "Devil" Pascha does and uses this get up to new mischief.

The film is about the life of a gigolo. Bekir, a gigolo, is with a rich woman named Oya. One day, Oya hits a woman with her car. Bekir helps the woman who was in the accident. At the hospital, he meets Esra, the woman's roommate. A friendship develops between Bekir and Esra, who is a sex worker. They fall in love with each other. Bekir wants to build a life with Esra. For this reason, he decides to rob Oya's house with his brother. However, things will not go as Bekir planned.

Since the child is alone at home, they take him to his mother in her cell, but despite all her jokes and games, Metin is aware of what is happening. The next day, Metin's grandfather Hüseyin Efe, who lives on Bozcaada, comes to take him, and Metin's days of freedom on the island begin. His friends exclude him because of the "communist" label his mother has been given. Yet Metin cannot even properly say the word "communist." Metin, affected by the exclusion, has another concern: his father’s photo is also on the “Wanted” posters hanging all over the island.

A Turkish watchmaker is employed to mend a village clock that has not worked for some seven years. However, what seems like a simple and un-exciting task is plunged into a web of mystery and intrigue when the watchmaker innocently witnesses the murder of a beautiful woman on his first day in the village.
