A Sun Vulcan movie was released on July 18, 1981 at the Toei Manga Festival. It takes place some time after episode 23. In it Black Magma decides to separate Hiba from his teammates while plotting to blow up Tokyo with hidden bombs.

As the whole world watches the Choujin Rugby game on TV, the "Underground Space Emperor" Hydra King has his Underground Space Supermen kidnap Robin Mask. Their aim is to lure out the Seigi Choujins and then attack them using the Robin Memo, which contains info on all of the Seigi Choujin's weaknesses. Many years after the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, the survivors (called hibakusha in Japanese) are still physically and emotionally devastated by the event. Kuroi Ame ni Utarete tells the interlocking stories of a group of survivors who frequent Stand Akauma, a bar: Takeshi, who lost his entire family; Tomoko, a prostitute horribly burned in the bombing; her younger brother Junji, who scrabbles on the fringes of society; Eiko, a pregnant young woman whom he loves; and Yuri, another prostitute who is determined to secure a brighter future for her blind son.

Doc Smith's groundbreaking science fiction serial "Grey Lensman" from the 1930s-1950s, Kimball Kinnison, a young man from the agricultural planet Mquie and his Valerian companion, Buscirk find a dying man with a legendary crystal lens embedded in his hand. As the man was dying, he mysteriously passed on the Lens to Kim. With more companions to come by, Kim must find out the purpose of the Lens before the Boskone dynasty does.

Flash Back 2012 is Minmay's farewell concert.
