The vampire women of Mexico have awakened to take their revenge on the descendant of the man who destroyed them shortly after they had emigrated to Mexico during the 19th century.

The rich landowner La Tigresa suffers several attacks and seeks help from Santo. The attacks continue but Santo protects and she falls for him.

Two sworn enemies must put aside their differences and join forces to catch a gang of thieves led by a woman called "The Yara". They must fight to save their village from the bandits and do everything necessary to prevent The Yara from controlling their destinies.
