Melody and her friends rebelled against the rules of the girls' dormitory where they lived until she met Dante, the son of the owner of their girls' dormitory. All the rebellion plans led by Melody went awry, her friendship with her dorm friends became increasingly strained.

In 1998, on the eve of a massive storm, a young boy witnessed a murder and became a fugitive. 25 years later, on the night of an equally large storm, a woman accidentally found a channel to communicate with the boy-right before the boy witnessed the murder. The woman manages to prevent the boy's death, but with another unexpected effect.
