The story of freedom-loving people dreaming of an independent Bangladesh.

A lone gun-man enters a typical Bangladeshi town to find his identity and take revenge on the person who raped his mother during the war. In the course of revenge he is used by the internal clash of two rival leaders of the town.

At the hospital morgue, Baishakh discovers the dead body of his former lover Nohor. Baishakh steals Nohor’s body from the hospital and escapes, beginning a 24-hour journey of survival with her.

On a fuel-supplying oil tanker in rivers, Old Maqbool, a compassionate cook, wishes luck to all the crew. But the power-hungry helmsman suspects him of being a spy for the vessel owner and harasses him all the time. During port maintenance, Maqbool befriends Noora, a young stowaway seeking refuge. The helmsman exploits the downtime to smuggle oil, which attracts the owner's attention. During a sudden visit, impressed with Maqbool's cooking, the owner allows Noora to stay as his assistant. Desperate to hide his deeds, the helmsman falsely accuses Noora of theft, sparking a web of lies and friction among the crew.

Filmmaker-actor couple, Tithi and Farhan, are subjects of criticism and trolls for not taking baby in a patriarchal society. Tithi doesn’t succumb to the pressure of social validation and decides to have a baby when the time is right for her, but the question never ends for her.
