In the year 2084 bad art is outlawed. The best cop in Neo-Boston is teamed up with the worst cop to track down a notorious criminal artist.

Back in 1989, the employees of "Wallie's Big Deals," affectionately called "Wallie's Gals," come up with their own "unique" ways to help the business. Then flash forward 30 years later, and Maxine, the store's manager, needs them back.
