I Can't Feel My Face 2023 was a professional wrestling event promoted by Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) that took place on April 15, 2023 at Pop's Nightclub in Sauget, Illinois, USA.

On April 4th DDT goes Philadelphia as part of the GCW Collective and will be broadcasted live and exclusive on TrillerTV+. The event features the DDT Universal Title Match where MAO defends the title against Billie Starkz and the Kazuki Hirata vs Yoshihiko match.
