A young man, who has little experience in life and looks at everything around him from one perspective, goes through a one-day journey that makes him question all his notions.

The film revolves around a romantic romantic comedy in which Doctor Hazem (Ahmed El Sakka), a gynecologist who is concerned with his unique decorator (Dora), is stunned by his inability to conceive and has to resort to vaginal injection.

Following a personal tragedy, teenage "Seif" sets out to purify himself, only to find that the path to water is anything but simple.
