This is a continuation of Friends Games. Now the group of friends realises they have fallen into this game and they are in the second set of game, Kageguchi Sugoroku. Will Katagiri Yuichi find out who led them into this deceptive game between money and friends?

Shiratori Tatsuhiko works as a scout for talent agency Burst in Kabukichō, Shinjuku's red light district, recruiting young girls for the adult entertainment industry. In a business where money means everything, Tatsuhiko finds himself in a constant struggle between rival scouts and the Yakuza.

Tatsuhiko relocates from Shinjuku to Yokohama, where he comes into conflict with Masaki Taki, CEO of the local scout company.

25 years ago, the Nagiri Brothers—once feared nationwide—lost their family’s backbone when their father, Tsuyoshi Nagiri (played by Kim Sunjin), was suddenly assassinated. “Even as yakuza, we never strayed from the path of humanity. Everyone in the Nagiri family is our comrade,” were the words their father left behind. Carrying on his will, the second son, Kaname Nagiri (Choi Chul-ho), took over the Nagiri-gumi. However, just as the ex-Nagiri member-turned-politician Masashi Fukuzawa (Koichi Miura) is preparing for an election, and Danba Takeshi (Daisuke Nagakura), head of the Tanba-gumi under the same Doushinkai syndicate, is released from prison, a violent incident breaks out—triggered by the drug trade. When their youngest brother Minato (Seiji Fukushi), a respected figure in Osaka, falls into danger, the eldest, Shun Nagiri (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi), steps in to save him. The brothers reunite and head to Kaname’s side—just as he’s about to clash with their former allies…

Genichi Taguchi (Tetsu Watanabe), chairman of the Kanto Kyojin-kai, the massive organization that controls the Kanto region, was also preparing to retire from the underworld. The names of two brothers were being mentioned as potential successors: Ryugen (Hitoshi Ozawa), the head of the Togoshi-gumi—the Kyojin-kai’s most powerful faction—and Genichi’s biological son; and Toraji (Kazuyoshi Ozawa), the head of the Wakashishi-kai, which boasts the Kyojin-kai’s greatest financial power. However, the two men—whose qualities as yakuza were too different—gradually came into conflict over the succession, and that conflict escalated into a bloody internal struggle that split the Kanto region in two.

Ryugen (Hitoshi Ozawa) and Toraji (Kazuyoshi Ozawa) are the two candidates to succeed the head of the Kanto Kyojinkai. The conflict between the two over the presidency intensified and eventually escalated into an internal power struggle. Due to Toraji’s underhanded schemes, Ryugen was arrested. Seizing this opportunity to seize control and rapidly expand his influence, Toraji ran wild, leaving the gang in turmoil. Amidst this chaos, Ryugen—burning with a desire for revenge against Toraji—was released on bail and returned to the gang. Another fierce storm was about to rage within the organization...
