Directing
No biography available.
A personal experimental documentary. The director began filming about his father and his nomadic lifestyle, but soon his mother became the focus. It is an intimate, close study of the relationship between the director’s parents. According to the mother, she prevented the father from becoming a great artist by forcing him into an ordinary, middle-class family life—but the reality is far more complex.
Little Árpád steals his father's most precious treasure to give to his beloved as a gift. He tries to cover up his deed, for which he pays a heavy price. It's all in vain, all in vain.
