Amid the crowd, his eyes locks onto a boy with a defiant, hypnotic gaze. Toño, an 11 year old boy, takes on the responsibility of caring for his sick sister due to his father's neglectful behavior. When he learns that orphans can have a better life in a shelter, he must choose between letting his sister's condition worsen or becoming a monster himself.
