June, 2, 2021. A man walks into the woods with his camera. Between one shot and the next, he realizes that, hidden in the mountains, there's something odd. Something he'd never seen before.
A pair of twisted tales from two filmmakers that are quickly emerging as the next generation of Italian Horror directors. Episode One: Celeste and her husband rent a country house for the holidays. An earthquake recently destroyed part of the small town, and the house seems to have been recently renovated ... but with much haste. Often alone in the house, Celeste begins to experience horrible visions that seem to emerge from the cracks in the walls. As her mind begins to slip away,she continues to see and hear things that can't be explained, especially to her skeptical husband. Episode Two: Yuri and Max have been friends for a lifetime, spending their evenings drinking and discussing their lives. But this particular evening will be their last.
An erotic horror movie dedicated to Joe D Amato, Hyde's Secret Nightmare combines the two genres and mixes them in equal parts. Cross-cut erotic and horror scenes are kept together by a thread of dramatic force bordering on obsession, paranoia, phobia, perversion, and lack of self-acceptance. Everything unfolds in an extreme world where sex seems the only way to attain a state of well-being.
Suburbs of Rome (Italy), Summer of 1993. On top of a wide valley, a group of four kids has built a small shelter in which they spend the afternoons after schooltime. On one of those summer afternoons, the kids take their bikes and go for a journey through the paths of Tolfa and Allumiere. Suddenly, they discover a beautiful medieval farmstead. They don't know it yet, but what they'll find in it will change their lives forever.
Carter, an art conservator, arrives in Italy to restore a fresco in an old church. He discovers that the strange locals are hiding something and a mystery relating to a nearby lake that legend says was created by a meteor.
