Young scientist discovers a drug that will change the world, but is the world ready for change?

In a near future Britain, at a biotech lab on the brink of collapse, three interns invent a cognitive enhancing drug. They begin full scale manufacture, only to become targets of government forces who view their breakthrough as a threat.
