A group of cooks at an asylum for the criminally insane get locked in with the inmates during a massive thunderstorm

Newly transferred to the bustling port city of Marseille to assist with a crackdown on organized crime, energetic young magistrate Pierre Michel is given a rapid-fire tutorial on the ins and outs of an out-of-control drug trade. Actor Juan Debré has spent a lifetime playing the hero in a TV series while remaining detached from his own identity. When diagnosed with a terminal illness, he embarks on a surreal journey to Belgium, birthplace of his childhood comic book idol, in search of meaning and perhaps redemption.
