On June 20, the first tour announcement was posted on ARTMS official account. The next day, MyMusicTaste posted another announcement, this time with venues. Tickets were opened for sale on June 31. On July 5, a Meet & Greet was announced and the tickets opened two days later, on July 7. On July 26, MyMusicTaste posted a preview of merchandise that will be able to be bought at venues on show days.

LOOΠΔ On Wave [LOOΠΔTHEWORLD: &] was an online concert for LOONA’s fourth mini album &, which took place at 10PM KST on June 28, 2021. The concert was an exclusively online event, and was streamed on MyMusicTaste.

To celebrate the release of LOONA's second mini album #, the album showcase was held on February 5, 2020 at the YES24 Live Hall in Seoul, South Korea. While 700 people were originally scheduled to attend, the event was instead broadcasted live on VLive as a result of the growing COVID-19 pandemic.
