A man awakes in an abandoned shed.Confused, he finds itself tied to a chair. Standing in front of him is an unknown man, who begins a weird speech about his unique professional ethics, until the conversation rovers to a new and tense situation.

With script and direction by Pablo Villaça and starring the comedian Geraldo Magela, Morte Cega has as main character a failed filmmaker named Francis (Maurício Canguçu, producer and one of the main actors of the theatrical success "Believe, a Spirit Downloaded Me"). One night, Francis has a frightening dream about Magela, known throughout the country for playing the character O Ceguinho. Determined to make a short film based on this dream, Francis uses his producer friend, Martinho (Carlos Magno Ribeiro, who acted in Villaça's first short, A_ética), to get to the comedian. The film explores the material evidence of modifications made to the DOPS building in BH for the purpose of political repression and human rights violations during the military regime and after it. The film also presents the narrative dispute that took place between victims of torture and DOPS delegates during the CPI of the prison system in 1997.
