In a diatopic and retro-futuristic Brazil, time has passed and technology has lost credibility. With the return of Papelada, João is hired to be the sole employee of an organization whose real objectives he does not know.

Bento, a young man who lives reclusively, is forced to share his room with Gabriel due to financial difficulties. When Gabriel moves in, he brings his plant into the room. The plant becomes Bento's fixation, representing all his repressed feelings.
