The story tells of a statue in Pribino Square in Nitra, to which the inhabitants and ancient legend attribute the qualities of the brave blacksmith Juraj Corgoň. Driven by his love for his girl and his hometown, Juraj, with his courage, strength and bravery, helped to avert one of the dangerous Turkish raids on Nitra in the 17th century.

He also falls in love with Balador's daughter Formina, a girl who is to be married off against her will.

But in the morning, he learned that Marta, the girl who was driving the car, was lying in agony in the hospital and that she was the love of his son Ríša. Ríša believes unconditionally that his father, the district police chief, will do everything in his power to find and punish the culprit of the traffic accident who fled the scene...

Although she has been strongly warned by her friends and family that she has put up a really tough fight that she may not be able to win, Nika refuses to give up without a fight and decides to bravely face not only the negative reactions of some of her male colleagues, but also social conventions and especially the painful discovery of her own physical and psychological limits.

A TV personality returns home for her sister's wedding and realizes she still has feelings for an ex-boyfriend who is now her sister's fiancé.

King Jaroslav and Queen Anna rule over the kingdom of humans. The story is based on Operation Stone, during which State Security agents deliberately misled citizens of the Czechoslovak Republic who were attempting to leave the country illegally by creating fake borders and fake border patrols and interrogation teams from American, German, and French authorities. During interrogations, State Security officers convinced detainees that they had actually crossed the state border of our republic and obtained information from unsuspecting people, which was then used in criminal proceedings.

A young television technician is fascinated by the "remote transmission of images and sound" – he has a job he never dreamed of. But can a person fulfill their dreams in communist Czechoslovakia in the 1950s without getting involved with the regime?
